With Fiber-Seal’s protection, your fine furnishings and floor coverings are covered under a service agreement that includes complimentary follow-up service to further assist with stubborn spots or spills. Our protection will be your first line of defense against any spot or spill but does not protect against soiling and wear. To combat this issue, FiberSeal works with clients to generate customized maintenance plans for protected items that experience heavy traffic. Lowcountry Fiber-Seal’s trained technicians are available to help with tougher problems and are always just a phone call away.

AFTER-CARE SERVICES
Our Fabric Care System + Services help you care for all the soft surfaces in your home, including wall-to-wall carpeting, area rugs, upholstered furniture, wallcoverings, and drapery. All of our protection is eco-responsible and created with your family’s health in mind.
Once your interior has been protected with Fiber-Seal's fabric treatment products, you will notice spots and spills are an easier clean-up, which helps prevent staining. Our services provide a cleaner, healthier environment for your family and guests.
Unparalleled stain protection combined with complimentary after-care services allow you to live in your home, worry-free. Our proprietary formulas make your materials less absorbent so that spots and spills can be blotted away and cared for with our at-home Cleaning Care Kit provided with every treatment. However, no stain is too small to call for complimentary spot cleaning.
PRESTIGE PROGRAM
After many years of working with residential clients, we realized that finer homes could benefit from preventative care. The Prestige program goes beyond our regular complimentary spot cleaning service with three full-service visits pre-scheduled during the 12-month contract period. Our primary goal is to help maintain your protected furnishings and provide whatever is required to keep them looking their best. There is no additional charge for this service as it is included as part of the original cost of Fiber-Seal protection.
UPHOLSTERY, CARPET + AREA RUG CLEANING
Our trained technicians ensure that your luxury goods are properly cared for by selecting the eco-friendly cleaning method appropriate for each soft surface. We use both wet and dry cleaning methods. Our cleanings are carried out with the exceptional customer service that we deliver with every Fiber-Seal appointment. Once your furnishings are cleaned, Fiber-Seal protection and after-care services will keep them looking fresh and new.
AREA RUG CLEANING
We pick up and deliver your area rug for thorough cleaning in a climate-controlled environment. This is the best possible cleaning method for your area rugs and ensures the best possible result. We can accept area rugs that are 9’x12’ or smaller for in-shop cleaning services. Turnaround for these services is typically 5-7 business days.
